My Story
For 13 years, I was the woman behind the scenes of my husband’s small business. Running the admin, managing staff and systems, juggling extra work, raising two kids and keeping the home going. From the outside, it looked like we had it all: the house, the business, the stability. Inside, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and slowly disappearing under the weight of it all.
It came to a breaking point when I finally said to my husband, “I can’t do this anymore.” One of our kids was struggling at school, I felt like I was failing as a mum, and I knew something had to change. So we made a bold call: we sold our home, closed the business, and hit the road to travel Australia full-time, homeschooling as we go.
It wasn’t instant magic. It took months of untangling stress, reworking our systems, doing the inner work, and reconnecting with who I was outside of the business.
Through coaching, personal development and a lot of honest reflection, I rebuilt from the inside out and found a new kind of success: one built on alignment, boundaries, and sustainable rhythms.
Along the way, I realised I wasn’t alone. So many women are the backbone of their partner’s business, holding everything together at work and at home; and quietly burning out.
That realisation led me here: to support those women with practical systems in business mentoring and helping them find their spark again through coaching, so they can run the business and live a life that actually feels good to be in.

My Vision
I don’t want another woman in that role to reach the point I did – overwhelmed, exhausted, and feeling like it all rests on her shoulders.
I imagine a world where these women feel seen, supported and in control; where smart systems and clear boundaries give them breathing space, and mindset and wellbeing are treated as non-negotiables, not “nice to haves”.
Not everyone’s dream will look like mine: selling our home, closing the business and hitting the road in a caravan; but every woman deserves to design a version of work, home and life that feels sustainable, values-led and deeply fulfilling.
I want them to know they are not alone, that it’s never “too late” to make changes, and that they have the power, tools and support to create a life and business that works for them, not the other way around.
