Embrace the Shift

You’ve spent years supporting everyone else; your family, your partner, the family business; and somewhere along the way, you got lost.

Embrace the Shift is a 1:1 coaching journey, consisting of fortnightly sessions, designed to help you move from overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and alignment. Together, we’ll uncover what’s been holding you back, reconnect you with who you are, and create an achievable plan to move forward; one that fits your real life.

Each session includes a 60-minute online coaching call, personalised guidance, and clear action steps so you always know what to focus on next.

This is your space to breathe again, to rebuild with purpose, and to remember: you don’t have to do it all alone. It’s time to embrace your shift.

Program Outline

Phase 1: Clarity & Foundations (Weeks 1–3)

In sessions 1-3, we will:

  • Unpack where you are now vs. where you want to be.

  • Future pace to gain real clarity on your vision.

  • Reflect on beliefs or roles you've been conditioned to hold.

  • Redefine values, priorities and desires.

  • Explore what alignment and joy truly look like for you.

 

Phase 2: Mapping & Momentum (Weeks 4-6)

In sessions 4-6, we will:

  • Identify the voice of self doubt vs. intuition.

  • Introduce mindset tools to build resilience.

  • Explore practical steps for rewiring thought patterns.

  • Introduce compassionate self talk and language reframes.

  • Redefine balance: what does enough look like now?

Phase 3: Action & Alignment (Weeks 7-9)

In sessions 7-9, we will:

  • ​Recognise small wins and growth moments.

  • Connect mindset shifts to tangible results.

  • Practise reframing setbacks and celebrating progress.

  • Build an action plan guided by your new clarity and energy.

  • Explore what 'alignment' feels like, physically and emotionally.

Phase 4: Community & Support (Weeks 10–12)
 

In sessions 10-12, we will:

  • Audit your ecosystem

  • Identify roles and gaps in your community

  • Revisit your original goals and re-anchor them in reality.

  • Discuss relapse, balance and boundaries long-term.

  • Create a self check-in framework for post-program accountability.

Explore the Shift

Not quite ready to dive into Embrace the Shift? If embracing the shift isn’t for you just yet, the gentler and more accessible 'Explore the Shift' program might be a better fit - 6 focused coaching calls over 12 weeks to help you get clear, get organised, and get moving without the overwhelm.

A softer on-ramp for anyone who’s spent a long time holding things together and is ready to put themselves back on the list. We’ll clear the fog, choose a direction that feels true, design a week you can actually keep, take a few small-but-real steps, and set up the supports that help progress stick.

How it runs

  • 6 × 60-minute coaching calls, fortnightly, over 12 weeks.

  • Between calls: light check-ins and bite-sized prompts to keep you moving.

  • Perfect if: you’re curious about coaching, want a smaller commitment, and are ready for a clear, manageable start.

 

When you’re ready to go deeper, you can roll your momentum into the full Embrace the Shift journey.
