You’ve spent years being the woman behind the business – running the admin, keeping the books up to date, answering the calls, supporting your partner, juggling kids and home, and somewhere along the way, you got lost.

This 1:1 coaching program is designed specifically for women who work in their family run small business and are edging toward burnout. Together, we’ll look at both sides of your world, the business and home, so we can untangle what’s on your plate, streamline your systems, and protect your wellbeing.

Program Outline

Across fortnightly sessions, we will:

  • Get clear on where your time, energy and mental load are really going

  • Identify the beliefs, roles and expectations that are keeping you stuck in “do it all” mode

  • Audit and improve your key systems (in the business and at home) so things run more smoothly without relying solely on you

  • Build boundaries, mindset tools and practical supports to prevent burnout and create a more sustainable way of living and working

Each session includes a 60-minute online coaching call, personalised guidance, and clear, doable action steps so you always know what to focus on next.

This is your space to exhale, be honest, and rebuild with intention; not just for the business, but for you. You don’t have to carry it all alone anymore.
